Emergency Restoration Services

Crawl Space Recovery provides emergency water extraction, structural drying, sanitization, and moisture mitigation services. All services are performed in accordance with ANSI/IICRC S500 and S520 industry standards.

Insurance Claims & Deductibles

While Crawl Space Recovery assists with insurance claim documentation and direct billing, the property owner remains responsible for any applicable policy deductibles or non-covered repairs as determined by their insurance carrier.

Safety & Property Access

Property owners agree to provide safe access to the crawl space and electrical panel. Technicians reserve the right to pause operations if unmitigated electrical, chemical, or structural hazards present an immediate life-safety risk.

Limitation of Liability

Crawl Space Recovery executes restoration using professional-grade equipment and methods. We are not liable for pre-existing structural defects, prior unmitigated mold decay, or secondary damage resulting from delayed customer authorization.
